Complaint Resolution Policy
TECS Fire & Safety is committed to providing prompt and efficient resolution to trainees who experienced dissatisfaction or grievance during trainings conducted by us.
Complaint or grievance could be any aspect of their learning journey at TECS Fire & Safety, which trainees deem as unjustifiable or unsatisfactory. It includes but not limited to:
- substandard advisory support;
- outdated course ware/ training materials;
- unannounced changes to the curriculum; and
- certification delay.
TECS Fire & Safety observes a formalized process to resolve the complaint and grievance with prompt response and minimum inconvenience to the trainees.
