Refund Policy
Should withdrawal from a registered course occurs, TECS Fire & Safety Training Pte Ltd shall refund the trainee the amount (less any applicable bank administrative charges properly paid / payable) as per below stipulated within 30 days upon receiving the trainee’s written notice of withdrawal. Receipt of Written Notice Of Withdrawal.

| < 2 weeks but > 1 week before Course Start Date | 50% refund |
| < 1 week before Course Start Date | No Refund but allow to join later schedule |
| On/After Course Start Date | No refund, training void (appeal subject to TECS training centre’s discretion) |
