FSM Consultancy Services

Our part time FSM services include the following:

• Advise your building on fire safety matters pertaining to the fire Safety Act.
• Conduct regular fire safety inspection and put up recommendations for improvement for your Management’s consideration and implementation.
• Conduct relevant fire safety training to all employees.
• Conduct fire fighting training to in-house fire fighting team.
• Formulate existing fire emergency plan (FEP) and convert to Emergency Response Plan (ERP) in alignment to SCDF Fire Safety Act.
• Prepare annual report to FSSB on behalf of client.
• Attend to annual fire certification by FSSB.
• Attend to other agencies eg. Insurance etc if required on fire safety matters.
• Formulate in-place protection (IPP) procedures and facilitate to conduct IPP drill for clients as per SCDF requirements.
• Attend to SCDF annually briefing.
• To conduct mandatory 02 x fire drills per year.
• To conduct mandatory 02 x table top exercises per year.
• To help form up CERT team for client.
• Update client on any new fire safety regulation.
• Any other duties required by SCDF.
