    Our part time FSM services include the following:<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Advise your building on fire safety matters pertaining to the fire Safety Act.<\/li>\n
    • Conduct regular fire safety inspection and put up recommendations for improvement for your Management\u2019s consideration and implementation.<\/li>\n
    • Conduct relevant fire safety training to all employees.<\/li>\n
    • Conduct fire fighting training to in-house fire fighting team.<\/li>\n
    • Formulate existing fire emergency plan (FEP) and convert to Emergency Response Plan (ERP) in alignment to SCDF Fire Safety Act.<\/li>\n
    • Prepare annual report to FSSB on behalf of client.<\/li>\n
    • Attend to annual fire certification by FSSB.<\/li>\n
    • Attend to other agencies eg. Insurance etc if required on fire safety matters.<\/li>\n
    • Formulate in-place protection (IPP) procedures and facilitate to conduct IPP drill for clients as per SCDF requirements.<\/li>\n
    • Attend to SCDF annually briefing.<\/li>\n
    • To conduct mandatory 02 x fire drills per year.<\/li>\n
    • To conduct mandatory 02 x table top exercises per year.<\/li>\n
    • To help form up CERT team for client.<\/li>\n
    • Update client on any new fire safety regulation.<\/li>\n
