URBAN Fire Blanket is a rapid-response solution designed to contain early-stage lithium-ion battery fires involving e-scooters, e-bikes, power tools, laptops, power banks and other small electronic devices.

Designed for use by both trained personnel and members of the public, the blanket can be deployed within seconds to cover small burning devices such as e-scooters, e-bikes, power tools and other electronic equipment.

Wherever there is a lithium-ion battery fire risk but a fixed installation is not practical, the portable URBAN Fire Blanket provides a convenient and readily accessible solution. It can be kept in service vans, police and emergency vehicles, public transport, or alongside AEDs and other emergency equipment in workshops, hospitals, airports and offices.

Available in two formats:

  • Wall-mounted version – ideal for permanent installation in public, commercial and high-risk areas.
  • Portable version with carry bag – designed for homes, vehicles, service teams and situations where mobility is essential.

 

URBAN Fire Blanket provides a fast, accessible first-response solution wherever battery fire risks may arise.

The blanket helps contain the flames, limit oxygen supply, and reduce the spread of heat and smoke. Made from high-temperature-resistant material, it is designed to withstand extreme heat and help prevent the fire from spreading to surrounding materials while awaiting the arrival of emergency services.
