Course Overview

This course is designed as a refresher training for the Company Emergency Response Team who have been trained previously attended the WSQ Respond to Fire & HAZMAT Emergency.

Course Outline

  • Use fire extinguisher, fire hose reel or other means to tackle incipient fires in buildings
  • Practical training on use of Self Contain Breathing Apparatus sets (SCBA).
  • Safety checks using SCBA.
  • Basic rescue techniques.
  • Hydrant and Hose management.
  • Scenario base exercise and practice.
